The Granary sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and The Forge sleeps 2+ in 1 bedroom (+ pull-out bed in living room). Price Ranges (Granary) from £535 (low season) to £1070 (high season); (Forge) from £270 (low season) to £540 (high season). Available by the week or for shorter breaks during the winter off-peak periods. Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday.

The Old Granary - This Grade II listed, stone granary building has been lovingly converted, by skilled craftsmen, into 2 spacious modern apartments. The conversion work was completed in 2008 to provide a modern level of comfort and includes underfloor heating.

The Granary is conveniently located in the heart of St Davids. There is off-street parking for two cars. The main 'city' centre is only 200 yards up Goat Street and has a good selection of cafes, restaurants, a delicatessen, surf shop, pharmacy, supermarket and banks. Everything you might need on your doorstep! It is hard to believe that such a central location is so conveniently placed for a great choice of beaches and coastal walks. The Granary will provide a perfect base for a family holiday, a walking and activity break or just a fabulous place to relax.

Accommodation:

The Granary, the larger of the two apartments, is a spacious open-plan layout over two floors. The living area and master bedroom are on the top floor with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. From here there are beautiful views out towards St Davids Head on the coast and to the Bishop's Palace and the Cathedral nestling in the valley nearby. A large modern kitchen and two further bedrooms are on the middle floor below.

The Forge, is the ground floor apartment that used to house a blacksmith's forge. There is one large bedroom with an en-suite copper bath! The bedroom comfortably sleeps two people and there is an option for two 'small' people on a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. A modern kitchen/dining area completes the open plan arrangement.

Gas underfloor heating, ceramic hobs, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave/grill, fridge, freezer, LCD Freeview television. Bed linen is provided. Free broadband access is also available. A travel cot is available for either apartment.
